Morning Yoga Practice

To enhance your conference experience, yoga classes will be offered by Cvetka Rojko each morning during the TIME-2004 symposium. Relax, focus and gain energy for 20 minutes at the beginning of the day with exercises designed for those with or without experience in yoga practice.

If you wish to start your day with positivity and heightened energy or simply experience yoga for the first time, we encourage you to join us each morning at 8 am in Room 1530 from Thursday, July 15th, through to Sunday, July 18th, 2004. Wear comfortable clothes and a smile. Mats will be provided.

Walking, jogging and roller-blading along the Lachine Canal

ÉTS is located a few hundred metres from the Lachine Canal bike path (http://www.pc.gc.ca/lhn-nhs/qc/canallachine/index_e.asp) along which delegates can stroll, jog or roller-blade.

The magnetic card included with your TIME-2004 Symposium documents will give you access to ÉTS's Sports Center locker rooms and showers. Bring your towel as well as a lock.
