• Pre-registration and Welcome Reception, at l'ÉTS, Wednesday, July14, 2004 from 5pm to 7pm.
• For Friday's excursions, conference delegates can choose from 3 destinations or types of activities in and around Montréal (see details of excursions). When you register for the symposium you must indicate in order of preference which excursion you'd like to take. We will attempt to honour your first choice as best we can.
• The banquet dinner will be held on Saturday, July 17th, at the hotel Delta Centre-Ville in downtown Montréal. The hotel is a 10-minute walk from ÉTS and is situated at 777 University Street.
  The cocktail preceding the banquet dinner will start at 6 pm. Cocktail and dinner will take place in the Regency room on floor C of the hotel.
  Vegetarian menus or menus for those with food allergies are available. Do not forget to indicate any special needs of this sort when registering.
